The property is laid out nicely, easy to navigate and access stairs, elevator, exits. Parking was plentiful although they were definitely full. Their pool area is amazing and features a shallow pool for the littles, a FREE water slide(morning hours of operation but lifeguard was on duty during our stay) a larger hot tub than most properties, and yet another decent sized deeper pool. They have adorable sitting areas outside with walking paths. They had an amazing comp breakfast that offered everything..the waffles l, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, juices, coffees and their chef and server were so busy buy kept everything fresh and full all while assisting guests find silverware and seating. Breakfast was over at 9 but they didn't rush everyone, it was very hospitable. Our room was also amazingly clean and in good overall shape. They use DOVE products for shampoo conditioner and body wash not cheap gross products. Also the TP was at least 2 ply not the scary stuff you find at even more "ritzy" hotel chains. I was given all the important information at check in and check out and both associates were kind and professional. The grounds were well kept. Selected this hotel because it was the cheapest available for the night I needed, I will choose it over any for my next trip to Spokane because it was so pleasantly satisfying all the way around.

Everything! For a hotel located at an airport it far exceeded our expectations. The pool/hot tub area was fantastic. The three outside gas firepits that were turned on at night (where you could also purchase a smore's package for $8 were really pretty and neat. A great place to relax and sit. The food at the onsite restaurant offered good quality and huge portions. They gave you a "grab and go" breakfast for those catching an early flight and couldn't wait for the regular breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The "on demand" shuttle to the adjacent airport was convenient and suited our needs perfectly. They had laundry on site which allowed us to bring home all our clothes clean. Hot tub temperature was just right. I could go on and on.

The outdoor area was amazing! We appreciated that the courtyard was surrounded by the buildings of the hotel so it was very quiet. The fire pits and smores kits were fabulous for our kids. There were outdoor games to play while relaxing by the fires as well. The swimming pool and water slide were fun, just make sure you know when the slide is open due to life guard shortages. While some complain about the slide being closed, I appreciate that the hotel cares enough about safety to staff a life guard in the first place, most don't. The room we stayed in was beautiful and we loved the balcony. The breakfast was good.

From check-in to check-out, everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, uncluttered, clean, and comfortable. One real bonus was being able to eat outside on the deck at the restaurant/bar. A second was the big inner courtyard with its nice landscaping, comfortable seating, and three large gas fireplaces. The third bonus was having a shuttle available, because even though it's a very short walk to the airport, walking over in the dark on a cold morning was not an appealing way to begin a long day of flying.

There is so much to do here. The property was a resort in itself. It has a great pool with a nice sized water slide. There were several fire pits and you can purchase s’mores kits at the front desk. The breakfast was excellent and had spacious seating. Their courtyard was green with lots of clean chairs and seating and they had lawn games. Fantastic place to just unwind after a day around Spokane. The airport wasn’t nearly as loud as I worried it could be.
